Exceptionally unusual CCP boots in horse leather, dyed an irregular, shifting olive-green with darker, almost black areas and a distinctive cloudy, oil-like patina. The tall, sharply contoured upper flows into an elongated, softly distorted toe, finished with a low stacked heel and dark sole. The defining feature is the full-length front zip construction: the zipper travels around the front of the boot, allowing the upper to open dramatically and close almost completely flat when unworn. A highly unconventional piece of footwear engineering, with the leather’s tonal variations making each surface appear almost mineralised.
