Rare Dior Homme AW08 “Lumière du Nord” strap boots from Kris Van Assche’s first Dior Homme collection. The collection was Fall/Winter 2008–09, and these boots are one of its more distinctive footwear pieces.
Constructed in glossy black patent leather with multiple overlapping wraparound straps creating a bandage-like effect around the shaft and vamp. The layered straps give the boot a particularly aggressive, wrapped silhouette, contrasted against the clean high shaft and substantial crepe-style sole.
