Beautifully constructed Obscur jacket with a distinctly asymmetric silhouette and highly considered pattern cutting. The front is deliberately displaced, with overlapping panels creating an irregular closure and a sculptural, slightly deconstructed line through the torso. Finished with a series of metal clasp closures running vertically through the opening, allowing the jacket to be worn with varying degrees of asymmetry. The construction is particularly strong around the shoulders, collar and underarm, where curved seams and articulated panels shape the body rather than simply following conventional tailoring. A narrow, textured grey fabric gives the piece an understated, almost industrial appearance, while the dark lining and exposed construction add depth. The result is a very characteristic Obscur piece — austere, architectural tailoring with an almost utilitarian quality.
