Rare Rick Owens piece constructed in dense black alpaca fur with extensive leather trimming. Features an elongated, asymmetrical construction with a dramatic wrap-style leather collar and overlapping front, complemented by leather-edged openings and a heavily detailed zip fastening system. The combination of shaggy alpaca and quilted leather creates a particularly strong textural contrast.
Manufactured by Olmar & Mirta, Rick Owens’ long-standing Italian production partner. The RO5910/E code places this within the early Rick Owens Olmar & Mirta production period; I would date it to FW14 / around 2014 rather than assign a more specific season without the internal collection label. Olmar & Mirta’s role in producing Rick Owens garments is well documented.
